PublicART is a Silverlake based synth folk duo comprised of Stevvi Alexander and Jan Ozveren.   Both have been in demand as hired gun musicians for artists ranging from Fleetwood Mac to Frank Ocean and Shakira to The Roots but they finally decided to join forces and make their own noise.
